1. TOURNAMENT RULES
1.1. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
- All participating players must be 16+ to participate in this tournament.
– All players MUST register with their Uplay account name. - This tournament is open for residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- For participating teams:
- A team must consist of 2 main members from KSA, and the remaining members within GCC.
- GCC Countries include UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.
- Any other teams who register outside of the GCC region will be disqualified.
- Players may be requested to provide photo ID proof. Players without valid ID proof will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize winnings.
- Each player is assumed to be aware of all the rules and checks them periodically. Insufficient knowledge of the rules can not be used as an excuse for breaking the rules. At the same time, all participants of the tournament including tournament admins are encouraged to read and understand the rules of the tournament.
- Any player who breaks the rules are subject to disqualification from the tournament and/or future Legion tournaments and events.
- Every participant is required to be online in the chat of the tournament they are participating in (Legion discord server)
- Every player is responsible for his own connection and has to have a good internet connection to avoid possible ‘lag’.
- Any hardware or software issues from any players must be fixed before the start of the match. Any lag or connection issues will not be entertained by the tournament admins.
1.2. TEAM AND PLAYER NAMES
- Legion reserves the right to reject Teams with inappropriate Team Names and Logo.
- Only registered team members are allowed to play for a team. If any player is found playing for a different team rather than their original team, the player will be disqualified from playing. Players and teams must compete under their officially registered Rainbow six siege teams and nicknames (uplay ID) during this tournament.
1.3. ROSTER
- A team roster may consist of eight (6) players – 5 main and 1 substitutes, to participate in this tournament.
- Teams are only allowed to play with the players they registered with.
- Any roster changes must be made before the start of the tournament – you can message any of the admin on Discord regarding the changes.
- Playing with different players may result in a disqualification of the team.
1.4. GAME VERSION
All players are advised to install the newest version of the game. Any updates or patches must be installed before the start of the tournament. If in such case an update occurs while the tournament is on-going, the games will be put to hold to make the necessary updates.1.5. TECHNICAL ISSUES
- This tournament will be hosted on UAE NORTH
- server by default.
- Teams are responsible for their own technical issues (internet and hardware included). Matches will not be rescheduled because of technical issues and matches will be played nevertheless. If the maximum pause time is exceeded, the game goes on, even if the issue is not solved yet.
- Any hardware or software issues from any players must be fixed before the start of the match. Any lag or connection issues will not be entertained by the tournament admins.
1.6. DISQUALIFICATION
- Legion admins reserve the right to disqualify temas to keep the tournament as efficient as possible.
- This will only be done in cases where a team purposefully stalls or attempts to block another team. In some scenarios both teams may be affected.
- Any team found to be using a known exploit will forfeit their game upon the first occurrence of the exploit.
- If the team is found to use another known exploit for a second time and it is determined to have been done on purpose they will be removed from the event and barred from any future events.
- Betting during any Legion (by a player, team, or on behalf of anyone associated with the team) is off limits. Those partaking will be disqualified from the event in question and will receive a minimum of 6 months ban.
- Thunderbird
- The match would result in a loss for the team playing the banned operator. If both teams play a banned operator, the round will get replayed.
Players can only use the battle dress uniforms and headgears listed below. All others battle dress uniforms and headgears are banned from use:
- Operator’s default skins
- Pro League skins (gold sets)
- Esports Teams’ cosmetics (Pilot Program 1, 2, and any future esports Team related cosmetics)
- Esport’s Pack skins(Any Headgear, Uniform obtained through Twitch drop Esports packs)
If any player of a team will select a cosmetic that is currently listed as banned the tournament administration should be notified through a support ticket with a clear screenshot with the ineligible cosmetic with the player name visible before the start of the next round in order to be eligible to create a support ticket for it. The team that reports an opponent using a cosmetic that is currently listed as banned must provide the necessary evidence to identify the breach of rules
2. TOURNAMENT RULES
2.1 MAPVOTE
Map bans will be done using Mapban.gg and will take place 30 minutes before the scheduled match timing. Players are expected to be punctual and on time before all games.2.1.1 NO SHOW
All players are given a 10 minute grace period to enter the lobby. If a team is incomplete after the 10 minute mark, an additional 5 minutes is given to the player to join. Any further delay in the tournament will result in a disqualification.
2.1.1.1 POSTPONE
All matches must be played at the scheduled match time. Any postponement, both teams must agree with the discretion of the admin when their new match time will be. If no agreement is found, the team that requested the postponement will forfeit their match.2.2 LEAVING
- If a player leaves or drops out during a match, the round will continue until the end. If a team leaves the round before it finishes, the other team will get the round point.
- The player who disconnected will be allowed to rejoin with the request of a re-host.
- Every team can request for a re-host. Rehosts are possible up to 30 seconds in the action phase if no player(s) were killed. All players of the rehosting team must leave the match within 30 seconds of the action phase. If one or more player(s) of the rehosting team fails to leave, the map will be played until the end.
- If a match is re-hosted, it must be continued where it left off. In the case of a round re-host, players must choose the same operators, sixth pick, bombsites and equipment.
- Any teams abusing the rehosting rule will be disqualified.
- All teams are given a maximum of 1 re-hosts and 1 pause
2.3 BUGS & GLITCHES
Bugs and Glitches are illegal and punishable. Any teams found using and abusing as such, will be disqualified from the tournament and forfeit the prize pool.2.4 SPAWNKILLING
Spawn killing is not allowed in the first 2 seconds of the action phase. Defending team found doing so will receive a round loss.GAME SETTINGS

GENERAL RULES
1. GENERAL

- Legion Admins has the right to decide outside or even against the rulebook in special cases to guarantee fairplay.
2. CODE OF CONDUCT
- Every participant has to behave with respect towards any and every Legion staff, partners, viewers and other players. Participants are requested to represent esports, and the tournament honorably. This applies to in-game behavior, chats, comments and other form of media communication. Players must also conduct themselves according to the following values:
- Compassion: treat others as you would be treated.
- Integrity: be honest, be committed, play fair.
- Respect: show respect all other humans, including teammates, competitors, and event staff.
- Courage: be courageous in competition and in standing up for what is right.
- Participants must NOT engage in harassment or hate speech in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse related to sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
- Stalking or intimidation (physically or online).
- Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media.
- Posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information (“doxing”).
- Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, unwelcome sexualized comments, jokes, and sexual advances.
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.
2.1 INSULTS AND OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR
- All insults that happen during a Legion gaming festival matches, may be punished. This includes in-game chat of the corresponding game, any and all of Legion social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and offline events. Multiple warnings and online user ban may be given out depending on the incident and frequency of the insult.
- Penalties are no longer limited to warnings and barrages, but may also contain the following depending on the incident, location and frequency of the insult:
- Severe incidents including, but not limited to the following points, may be punished in other ways:
- Extremist statements
- Threat of violence
- Sexual harassment
- Stalking
- Severe insults
- Pornographic linkings
2.2 SPAMMING
The excessive posting of futile, annoying or offensive contributions within Legion online and offline platform is considered as spamming. Spamming on the website, discord and other Legion known means of communication (social media comment sections, match comments, player comments, support pages, etc) will be penalized / given warnings, muted and banned.3. MATCHES, COMPETITIONS, MEETINGS
- Games will be facilitated by a Legion staff / game admin. Matches that are not played with a Legion admin will be considered fake matches and will result in disqualification.
- Players are not allowed to bet on matches in this tournament, especially betting against themselves. This will result in the player and the team being banned from the tournament.
- In case of any dispute regarding any issue, the final decision will be made by the admin. Game Admin has the power to refute any rule depending on the situation at hand.
- Any and all forms of cheating are strictly forbidden. Any attempt to do so is direct disqualification with player / team ban.
3.1 GAME / CLIENT
Any programs which are not part of the original game, including custom-data and modifications, are not allowed in any tournament. All external voice programs such as Teamspeak, Discord etc, are allowed. Programs that provide an advantage during game play are not permitted. Over all, any programs that change the way the game and the playing field are forbidden.3.2 IN-GAME BEHAVIOR
3.2.1 SPORTSMANSHIP
- All participants are obligated to remain sportsmanlike. Legion Admins has the rights to disqualify a team that has been seen to be unsportsmanlike.
3.2.2 INSULTS & HARASSMENTS
- All participants are obligated to remain sportsmanlike. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated.
3.3 PLAYER/TEAM STREAMING
- Participants are allowed to stream provided that the stream has a 3 minute delay added to the settings.
4. OTHER INFORMATION
4.1 TEAM NAMES
- A team name must be unique. Any use of profanity and unnecessary slander, LEGION reserves the right to refuse the team’s registration.
- A team can change their team name only twice throughout the duration of this tournament. Any more than two, tournament admin will decide.
