La verdad es que para trabajar es para lo menos que la uso. Compis de oficina que tienen que redactar informes, solicitudes formales y demás, sé que la usan para revisar la documentación. En mi caso es más rellenar datos en Excel, gestionar fotos de trabajos y asignar trabajos. No he visto como puede Gemini ayudarme ahí.
Pero sí le doy mucho uso en plan consulta de temas de diversa índole y para hacer portadas e imágenes
Con la IA puedes conectarle el excel, funcionalidades de los empleados, horarios disponibles y que te planifique horarios, como están de libres, tareas pendientes, realizadas, etc. Y que además te suelte el resultado directamente en un formato copypaste para ser incluida en la hoja de calculo. Si las fotos te llegan por un correo y tienen la información suficiente también podrías vincularla de cierta manera dependiente si la subes a servidores internos, intranet o adjuntas a hoja de calculo.
En Gemini puedes hacerle un entrenamiento básico, o mas bien hacerla de proposito mas especifico con creo que un... Gem (no Black), que es como un proyecto o un espacio en otras IA.
Yo ahora ando con Perplexity que me he pillado un año gratuito con una promo y ahi tengo gemini, chatgpt, claude, etc... ademas de varias para generacion de imagenes.
Luego puedes con make u otro sistema de automatizacion preparar para que primero revise correos y documentos que tengas, y luego tras procesarlo por una IA pasar el resultado automaticamente a tu hoja de calculo o si no te fias crearte un borrador en otro lugar para revisarlo tu por si acaso y meterlo manualmente.
Precisamente hoy hice un análisis comparativa de las distintas CPU Zx de AMD y además anunciaron los precios de las nuevas Xbox ROG Ally.
Las nuevas CPU Z2 Extreme tendrán características especiales con IA local.
Tambien añado que puedes configurar para usar un joystick del mando para ser usado como puntero, aunque no sea lo mas comodo pero... suficiente para navegación ligera, y ya luego supongo un atajo para sacar teclado virtual.
Viendo los rendimientos que se están viendo del Z2 Extreme, me pregunto si el Z2 básico será aún más eficiente energéticamente aunque mantenga la potencia del Z1 Extreme

Pues precisamente de eso hablaba @Blackgem esta mañana, que las IAs integradas en los chips ayudan a consumir menos al mismo rendimiento.
Lo de los Gem en Gemini es muy interesante, para mi, la funcionalidad más versatil de Gemini.
Lo de la integración en excel, pues llevo mirando durante un par de meses cómo aplicarlo a lo que hacemos los CMs (de Legion y otras comunidades) y aún no encuentro una solución "mágica" para solventar el copia pega manual: a veces no tiene capacidad suficiente y otras veces pilla la info que quiere, sin que los datos sean correctas.
Si tenéis algún consejo para casos prácticos, como por ejemplo, extraer comentarios del foro con la fecha y el autor/a (lo que decías de los horarios de los empleados lo hacemos en el calendario) ¡¡¡soy toda ojos!!! ; )
Hazme una tabla con los mensajes de la ultima semana donde especifique el contenido del mensaje, titulo de la publicación, usuario que ha comentado y fecha incluyendo hora en la que realizo el comentario.

Podrias copiar y pegarlo automaticamente, vincularlo si lo permite la que uses o automatizarlo con programas de terceros para que el resultado te lo metiera directamente por ejemplo en la hoja de calculo o al al final de ella. Podia haberle dicho tambien que añadiera la URL.

Este puede ser un ejemplo simple que lógicamente habría que depurar como decirle que en vez de fechas relativas ponga absolutas y cuando vaya bien automatizar.

Eso está muy bien y es justo lo que buscaba, el tema es que no podemos usar IA de terceros y no podríamos integrarla en el foro. En el espacio de trabajo de Google (el que viene integrado con las diferentes apps), no puedo pegar un url (quizá en el entorno de Gemini si que me lo permitiría, pero lo tenemos capado de momento, sólo funciona Gemini en el espacio de trabajo). Usé la opción de "búsqueda en Google" diciendole el hilo y la web (el foro en español), pero no copia todos los mensajes y se equivoca con quién dice qué : (
Además, esta sería una solución que me gustaría poder utilizar con hilos con cientos de respuestas, y de momento, el número máximo de respuestas que genera (incluso cuando copio y pego manualmente comentarios en un documento de google docs normal) es 20. No tiene capacidad de más, lo he intentado a tandas y tampoco sirve. (Y si ya nos metiéramos en tener que copiar y pegar todas las páginas de comentarios en un doc normal, perdería esa efectividad que estamos buscando).
He ido revisando y como esta estructurado el foro y funcionamiento no deja porque considera como otra pagina extra al parecer y no puede guardar en memoria mientras despliega mas informacion... o no se como decírselo XD. Tal vez habría que decirle de fecha a fecha o paginas, ver si hay url para generar ese contenido en especifico, etc. O permitirle que use mas tokens en acciones.
Ya tendría que ponerme a saber como funciona exactamente el tema y por ahora no lo necesito (tengo mucho que aprender antes :P).

Si, aprender cómo funciona la IA se lleva tiempo y por lo menos en mi caso, hay mucho ensayo-error (pues no estoy buscando soluciones genéricas a nuestras tareas más pesadas, sino muy específicas con las herramientas con la que contamos...de momento, la integración de Gemini con workspace, que es bastante limitada para interaccionar con datos en internet).

Indemnification
