@DoctorEldritch I wish everything is sorted to a point it doesn't happen again but it seems they are taking their time. My connections are on and off and we had yet another power failure for 2 days.

It all depends what type of insence you use. The smudge sticks does have a tendency to snell a while. Curtains and apolsty absorbers the smell but it not overwhelming.

Feng Shui could work. I also have other rituals I do often. 🙂

The damage want to severe but I had a lot of shoulder pain and cramps. Mentally I'm ok. Here it's a daily occurrence and we hear about victims all the time. One thing is for sure, I will not be leaving my house without some sort of protection from now on. Either I'll have pepper spray or something more potent with me.

@DracoTarot Many things in life we may wish were better. Too many, in fact. But the best we can do is soldier on and hope for the best...

    😊

I guess. It's been a while since I used any incense, those may be good for balancing and cleansing, but not so much for rental flat security deposits and smoke detectors 😅

    How about mani wheels?

It is good to know that the damage was not severe, and sorry about your cramps. Are those muscle or joint-related, if you do not mind me asking?

How about a German Shepherd or a Belgian Malinois? 🐶

@DoctorEldritch I guess you're right. To soldier on is the best option or we must start living by the rules of "OMERTA."

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward
Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both.

For a wounded man shall say to his assailant.

"If I live I will kill you, if I die you are forgiven"

Such is the rule of honor.

Smoke detector could be an issue depending where the incense is placed and how sensitive the sensors are. Neighbours may also complain about the smell but I wonder how do people who live in complexes or flats practice their rituals without running into issues. I mean somewhere in the world there's spiritual healers and holistic practitioners who needs to do use insence and other burning elements like herbs. How do they bypass those smoke detectors and landlords. 😆

For a while now I'm feeling like a 80 year old person. Those headaches I have are a little better but I still need the procedure done which I'm not keen on doing. The pain in my shoulder is mainly for the injury and attack. It's more muscle pain. My joint also ache sometimes but less often.

A German shepherd or Belgian Malinois would be great for to have or for ultimate protection a dire wolf would do the job.

Imagine walking down the street and having a dire wolf by your side. No one will dare to approach or attack. 😆

@DracoTarot That's a bit dark. Living by omerta rules is better in Mafia The Old Country rather than real life 😅

Well, it may depend on local regulations. In the UK, for example, you can't have business in a regular flat, there needs to be a separate venue for that. And those business venues have other detectors, too. Like how a restaurant kitchen has a smoke detector, but it will not go off unless the smoke and fire are very concentrated, because in the kitchen, different settings apply. My guess would be that aromatherapy healing practices would have something like that, too?

Health and time are our most precious resources. But I think it is good that it is muscle pain and not joint pain, at least? I heard muscle is easier to recover, though it may depend on the exact case, of course.

Imagine walking down the street and having a dire wolf by your side. No one will dare to approach or attack. 😆

    Lannisters would 😅

@DoctorEldritch It's a bit dark I guess but it seems people are starting to live by those rules lately. Well it seems that way here. Mafia The Old Country is a good example. 😂

Really? I didn't know that. I know of a few holistic practioners in the UK who's working from home and they do not have shops and stay in rentals and flats. I wonder how they are able to do that without being fined. Maybe there's a certain law allowing those practices in such areas.

My one manager I worked for stayed in a flat all his life and had videos online of rituals he did. 🤔

I will ask some of my fellow readers how they go about it.

I'm feeling better today and the muscle pain has subsided. I will not over exaggerate myself this week and try to make a full recovery.

I was thinking more in the line of the Snows. John Snow that is. 😆

@DracoTarot Even if that is the case, that only means that now is the time to be a nonconformist and be kind to people instead 😉

Ah, in privately owned flats, you probably can, with proper licensing. I mean rental flats. Maybe not all of them, but there is a clause like that in my contract, for example. Though it is a bit of a grey area for some businesses these days, too. For example, your main income may be from being a game streamer, and you do your streams from home. I think this is allowed and does not count as a business venue, so it is all quite confusing when you stop to think about it.

Oh, that's good. Do you normally do a lot of strenuous muscle activity in your chores or garden?

John Snow wouldn't. He knows nothing. 😉
