@Telomina Makes sense, the end game is typically an Achilles heel of sim games like that: after the main story is done, you befriend/romance everyone you wanted, grew your farm/shop/business/house to top levels and unlocked everything, there is very little left to catch interests after a few hours of routine. Hopefully, their end-game content gives good options. I did not know there was a plushie though.

Story is one of those dodgy elements. I generally liked the story in Origins, Odyssey was a bit on the fence with that Atlantis storyline, but Valhala as not all that engaging (and I quite agree with you, too many DLCs). I have not tried the Mirage yet, but I wonder how they approached the whole Japanese history, which may not be as well-known in the Western world as American, French, Italian or Greek... As for base building, I have not read up anything on that.

    Week 2

    Day 6- Monday
I felt a bit refreshed after the weekend. Since I have health issues, during the weekend I really focused on getting the recovery I needed, and food-prep for the coming week. Today I got to do some wallpaper concepts and then the schedule graphics for this week. I played around with a couple of distinctive designs, and then decided to download blender I order to grab assets like the Metizport graphic designer had showed me on Friday. In the afternoon there was a meeting with the Nordic legion community manager where we discussed the ongoing projects, and they also explained more on how Lenovo works with influencers. As a microinfluencer this was extremely privileged information to get access to and I am really grateful for having won this experience.

    Day 7- Tuesday
I continued working in Blender, I learnt how to make blender "curves" thicker. This helps with creating shadows and giving the image a bit more of a 3D feel when rendering it. Then the MCC showed me how he makes presentations, using the program Canva. I had only used Canva before to create birthday cards, so it was nice learning how to use it professionally.

The MCC showed me how he put together a presentation for an idea he wanted to present to the
the Lenovo Nordic Consumer Marketing Manager. I then joined in as he presented it and saw how they discussed and developed the idea. I couldn't help myself and added some input I had as well, and it was well received.

I later had another meeting with the Legion Community Manager, and the person in charge for the Legion Discord server to mention the ideas I had for it. The feedback was appreciated and then me and the CM continued to discuss the thoughts I had on another project. It was a long day for me, but I felt very satisfied for what I had done.

    Day 8 - Wednesday
I continued with blender, and clip studio paint to produce more wallpapers. I had some ideas I wanted to bring to life, before this internship ends. I started Blender only to realize I had forgotten how to do some things in the program. Thankfully their Graphic Designer was there and could help me out. This time, I took notes.

Later I joined a teams meeting where the MCC pitched an idea to the graphics company Archtype. Archtype then described how they normally make a concept for an expo come to life, from creating the idea to construction. In the evening, I was very inspired by having seen all of these presentations, so I decided to start working on my own presentation for future sponsorship applications as a content creator.

    Day 9 - Thursday
There was no time for me to have breakfast today. Yesterday evening after the internship, I worked on my own Canva presentation whilst also learning a new program. It ended up taking four hours of the evening, and I was desperately in need of more sleep during the morning, so I decided to sleep in. I even cancelled my laundry time.
Arriving on time as usual in the Metizport discord, I started the day ready to work on the poster that the Metizport CEO had wanted me to create. Pretty soon I got a message from the MCC to work a bit on my journal before today’s meeting, so I went to do that. The other days I have been writing after workdays.

Later there was a meeting with the Lenovo Nordic Consumer Marketing Manager, the Nordic Legion Community Manager and The Metizport Concept Creator where we discussed the ongoing projects for the internship and beyond. I also got more insight in how the Lenovo Legion community works.

After the meeting I went back to the Metizport discord to continue working on the poster. And finally, this evening, I was getting somewhere I was happy with it. I also got some insights on printing color profiles. I did have some experience of this from having made my own merch. But I was curious how a company handled it. I of course wanted to make sure it would look good in the final printed product as well.

Day 10 - Friday The last day

It was the last day of the internship today. I haven’t been happy about it. I have really enjoyed being a part of a work environment these past two weeks, after having been on multi-year sick leave. I continued to work on a poster I had been tasked with yesterday. I was happy to hear from the Metizport CEO that they had already made physical print orders of work I had done for them. After a few hours we had the last meeting with the CMM, HM, CM, MCC, and the CEO who sat listening in. I got more praise than I had in a long time, and it really helped my confidence. Even a trait I thought was a disadvantage they listed as a perk, which really made me happy. All the people in charge of each section of the internship said I could use them as references when I apply for jobs. And this is something I really needed since my last set of references was for university studies and I have gained a lot of skills since which this experienced helped me validate.

Thanks to everyone who has been reading this update. Feel free to ask if you have any questions!
I am really grateful that they chose me, and I met so many incredible people during these two weeks.

A special shoutout to my cat Berti, who has kept me, and some of the meetings, company during the days! Seen here resting on the Lenovo Mousepad I got together with the PC. That he have now decided belongs to him.

@Telomina Aww, very cute. And makes sense, maybe the logic is that, where there's a mousepad, mice would follow, so all that is needed is to lie in wait 😉
