From my point of view, I think the biggest challenge facing players is competition. This is because thousands of new creative players join the platforms every day, and it can be difficult to stand out. For this reason, successful players must constantly innovate, diversify and constantly find new ways to engage their audience and renew their enthusiasm.

The biggest challenge facing gamers today is societal stereotypes and the lack of acceptance of gaming as a serious career or passion in addition to technical and highly competitive challenges. The community can help break these barriers by providing supportive platforms, raising awareness about the value of gaming and offering advice and guidance from experienced leaders to motivate players to develop their skills and build their confidence

Great to see the podcast back!

I've got two questions for our clan leaders:
    • Many content creators have mentioned experiencing a surge in viewership during the COVID era. Do you ever find yourself wondering, purely hypothetically (and god forbid, not wishing for another crisis 😭), whether a similar situation could help in building a more dedicated viewer base? 😆
    • We've all heard our favorite creators talk about their struggles in gaining a foothold in the content creation space, but I'm curious if you have faced any unique challenges specific to the country or region you create content for?

One of the biggest challenges female gamers face today is the lack of support from companies and teams in terms of promoting tournaments and forming professional teams. Most women's tournaments are not marketed well enough, and there are no official channels to broadcast these matches live or even provide replays. I can confirm this with examples like Valorant tournament "EL Majd" and many other similar competitions that struggle with visibility. The gaming community can help break these barriers by advocating for better representation, supporting female players, and pushing for equal promotional efforts from organizers and sponsors.

soooo the main prob is social marketing .....

There's many challenges female gamers face, one of them is the lack of resources allocated to women’s teams and leagues. that being wage gaps, few female role models, biased marketing, unequal recognition, and barriers in esports.

The community can help by supporting them Increase coverage in media outlets.

And for my question, what is your favorite genre/gameplay type?

"Gamer girls" face unique challenges in the gaming world. They often encounter sexism and harassment, sometimes being judged more harshly for their skills. There's also the issue of underrepresentation in games and esports, both as characters and professionals. Despite these hurdles, many "gamer girls" are finding communities and pushing for a more inclusive gaming environment.
    No question for me .

Hmm, I think the biggest challenge for players is two things: money and social phobia 😅

As for money, you can hold competitions to compete and win prizes. As for phobia, I honestly don't know what the best solution is for it 😅

As an older mom with 2 small kiddos I have no free time. Between work and the kids /family time, I have a 3 hour window at the end of the night to do anything. I envy 23 year old me who could play WoW for hours after work without a care in the world! Now I play a lot of single player games because I can pause when necessary in case I have to handle an emergency of some sort. I guess what I’m trying to say is as much as I would love making new friends, I also realize I don’t have much time outside of chit chat. :/

My question is: what was the biggest challenge that you faced, on your path to become a Clan leader?
