@ramax Really? I heard they are featuring Lando Calrissian in the first DLC. If that does not sell it, I am not sure what will...

@DoctorEldritch Yes! He's an important character. But this DLC doesn't offer as epic an adventure as the original game. It's a plus, but it's not crazy.

Well, that's just my opinion. 😁

@ramax And the next one has an epic story? I read that the next one will feature Hondo Ohnaka and some story about a rival gang of pirates, but I have not watched Clone Wars and did not really like Rebels that much either, so I do not care for Hondo as much as I would for Lando. Why couldn't they give Lando an epic story?

@DoctorEldritch I stopped playing before the DLC arrived, so maybe I'm wrong (I'll be picking up the game again soon to finish it)

But the DLC is very Sabacc game-oriented, with a story that's too short. In fact, this DLC was designed above all to meet players' expectations in terms of gameplay. A lot of work has gone into gameplay (shooting, stealth, handling), adjustments and bug fixes, making the game even better.

That's why I think the next DLC will be top-notch, because now that there's a good base, they can concentrate on the story.

@ramax Fair enough, I just feel that it is a bit of a lost opportunity. If I were them, I'd focus the first DLC on Hondo and improvements and sabacc and whatnot, because he is a character from cartoons. And then when good base is there, I'd make an epic story with Lando because he is a classic character from the original trilogy with a big fanbase.

Then again, Disney has been looking into making Star Wars more appealing to younger audiences, that's what Skeleton Crew is aiming to do. From that perspective, Hondo may be a better marketing bet, tieing the game to those cartoons, I dunno.
