    Hello Legion Gamers!

May the Force be with you all Star Wars fans! Tom Henderson scooped that Respawn Entertainment is working on the Mandalorian First-Person game. And this is fitting because this studio already gave us both Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Survivor, so it is not a novice when it comes to working with the Star Wars universe.

The game is said to feature linear level design with a focus on mobility and dynamic, as Mandalorian bounty hunter (not yet known if an original character or someone we already know from series or films) will have a full Mandalorian arsenal at their disposal, including the Z-6 Jetpack.

And here yet another previous game of Respawn Entertainment works in their favour because they are also responsible for bringing us Titanfall (1 and 2). This game will always have a special place in my heart as I was long ago working on its localization. But that aside, if anyone can make a game with dynamic gameplay using grapple hooks, jetpacks, wall running and all that in a Star Wars setting, Respawn Entertainment are the guys to do it. I only wonder why it took so long to give them this task.

This is the only brief caveat of this story: rumour has it that Disney wants to have a new Star Wars Game every 6 months, and even Respawn Entertainment themselves have 3 more Star Wars games in their TBA plans. And with so many cancellations around already, I very much hope those games will see the light of day, and that such a schedule will not impact the quality of the games or the quality of the life of the developers.

Still, something exciting to look forward to, right?

UPDATE: Sadly, not right. This game has been cancelled. Oh well...
