    Hello Legion Gamers!

The Month of the Geek has started, and here is the first question. Last week, @GoLLuM13 and I were discussing the recent Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix series. The series itself is...unusual and unexpected, and it is not based on a video game but rather uses many iconic Ubisoft characters like Sam Fisher or Marcus Holloway in unexpected roles. So it is more of a series based on a studio.

But that gave the idea for this question: what other games and/or studios should have films or series based on them? Many already do: League of Legends has Arcane, Dragon Age has Absolution, Castelvania boasts several animated series as well, and Moral Kombat has numerous films, and that's just of the top of my mind. Maybe you know any more examples?

And there is always room for more. So what game or studio do you want to be next?

Personally, and it is purely unrealistic fantasy, but I would want someone to do something like Ubisoft's Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix for the best games of LucasArts (RIP), but with their signature lighter humour. It could be nice to see the iconic Guybrush Threepwood, Ben, Sam & Max or Manny Calavera appear in a single whimsical universe, however improbable such a wish may be.

But that's my love for the golden age of guests talking. What about you, got any wishes or ideas?

I'll stay in the Ubisoft family for another Series, Rainbow Six Siegen they have a lore, many of their intro / new season / new agent are part of a story and each video is frustrating because there won't be any direct follow up since it's a multiplayer game and all we have left is our imagination to imagine what could have happened after the cliffhanger they left us with 😂 and here are 3 videos (from the game through the year) in 2 different style 3D videos and a cartoonish video (I like both styles)

Seriously !! Don't you wanna know what happens next after each video ? 😂

@GoLLuM13 Then there is a piece of optimistic news for you. The game Dead Cells has those animated trailers that they had with every big DLC:

This was for the game itself:

Then the Rise of The Giant DLC:

Followed by the Bad Seed DLC:

    And the Fatal Falls DLC:

And finally, the Queen and the Sea DLC:

Though the game then had a collab with Castlevania, and there was a trailer for that, too:

The reason why I am mentioning all these is that they were all made by a Paris studio Bobbypills (they also made Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix, by the way), and people liked their animated trailers for this game so much, now the game is getting a full-scale series adaptation next year with Bobbypills being in charge of it:

So maybe, if we are lucky, and the series does well, then studios may see that it pays off to branch out to series like Ubisoft or Motion Twin (Dead Cells creators) did, and then a more wholesome Rainbow Six series could become a reality.

@DoctorEldritch Indeed, that would be awesome to see that one day, let's hope Bobbypills will know the success with their achievements 😁
