My personal history with the game Left 4 Dead began when I bought the first installment on Steam. It was an amazing experience - with my friends we found ourselves in the atmosphere of a real zombie apocalypse. The feeling of fear and the need to cooperate to survive was simply inexpressible. Relying on team strength and coordination, we made it through all the campaigns and returned to the game again and again.

When the second installment, Left 4 Dead 2, came out, I was ecstatic. It brought more weapons, special infected and levels. New characters added freshness, and the variety of locations made the gameplay even more interesting. The constant updating of maps created by the players themselves also brought fun and variety. By the way, my friends and I bought it no longer on Steam, but on difmark.com and we didn't regret it. The great moments we experienced with friends in cooperative mode left unforgettable memories.

Pros of the game include intense and exciting cooperative battles that never get boring. Excellent character interaction and a variety of weapons add a sense of versatility and depth to the gameplay. Also, the graphics and soundtrack create an atmosphere of horror and push the adrenaline.

However, there were some downsides. The main one was the lack of a third installment, although the community and developers continued to support the game. Some players complained about the small amount of new content in the add-ons, but in my opinion, the quality of gameplay overrode this disadvantage.

I still play L4D2 from time to time, a great game. I just wish there was a 3.

L4D2 is a timeless classic, but one that longs for a sequel, however, Valve certainly has other plans at the moment and certainly doesn't developing new games from their beloved franchises.
