    my gaming sessions usually doesn't last for sooo long, but when I do I usully would be playing with my friends and then we drink some fresh juice like orange juice or some soft drinks

    I make 2 or 3 hours of my day at gym
    Also i love eating at
    breakfast oats with honey, banana and milk + 3 to 4 eggs

    My fav lunch : grilled chicken, rice and spinach

    My dinner is cheese and potato

    Calculating my calories to make sure i won't put in weight again

    God knows guys, I would have liked to share any healthy tips with you, but unfortunately, food in particular is my weakness, and because I always eat everything delicious and delicious before playing, in the middle of playing, and after playing 😂

    @UnapologeticDino When I was getting into gyming a lot more, I had this fun idea to play dark souls with a twist.
    If I die, 10 push ups. and well... I died a lot.

    It's dumb but now that I'm older I got into boxing and fighting sports a lot more, I started to try and mimic and try to figure out some moves from mortal kombat and practice that. other than exercise I think sticking to a low cal meal helps me to not gain too much weight, sometimes gaming sessions last longer than they should 😂
