Tenemos algo más de info de la handheld PC de Lenovo Legion, que ya doy por hecho que no tardará mucho en confirmarse:
Tengo que decir que la pinta que está tomando es brutal hay un par de detalles que me hacen arrepentirme un poco de no haberme esperado a septiembre para comprar la Ally. Falta verla, especificaciones y demás, pero lo que ya se ve es que tiene dos puertos usb C, mandos extraibles y soporte stand integrado; 3 cosas que me hubieran encantado tener en la Ally. Se viene un post sobre accesorios y extras recomendados para la Ally, entre ellos hay un hub Usb C, un mando externo y una carcasa con stand integrado... 🙄
Estoy bastante seguro de que esos 2 mandos extraibles se podrán acoplar entre sí, tal y como lo hacen los de Nintendo, a parte de poder usarse individualmente para ciertas cosas (Realidad Virtual 🤔)
La Ally se puede utilizar con gafas tipo la que sale en el vídeo anterior, según los que las han usado van bastante bien. Lenovo ya prevé éste uso y le integra los 2 puertos
También espero que al menos uno de los puertos admita el uso de una EGPU, pudiendo conectarle una gráfica externa estándar. Ally tiene un conector privativo para ello, pero te obliga a utilizar las de su marca de forma exclusiva y no son nada económicas, ni fáciles de conseguir. Otro punto para la Legion
También queda por ver la horquilla de precios al que sale, que si se va a los 1500€ ya todos esos puntos positivos se van al garete 😅
Si el precio se mantiene en el entorno de la Ally, la competencia va a ser épica, ríete tú de las luchas Sony - Microsoft 😜

¿Qué opináis, os animarías a haceros con un bicho de éstos?
Qué manía de ponerle pantallas y gamepads a máquinas con gran eficiencia energética para encarecer el producto, cuando podrían ser excelentes sustitutos de la mayoría de sobremesas. Ese espacio consumido podría usarse en una mejor refrigeración; y no, 85º no son buenos para los procesadores, por mucho que quieran hacernos creer que son temperaturas normales.
Por lo único que me "gusta" la steamdeck es porque promueve linux, y de haber una versión sin pantalla y sin gamepad probablemente la hubiera comprado.
Supongo que mi punto de vista es generacional. No entiendo la necesidad de usar un dispositivo móvil para jugar en casa (a menos que estes todo el día en el WC), y si vas a la calle generalmente no vas con la consola/móvil jugando (a menos que seas un inconsciente) y el que diga que lo usa para ir en tren/metro/autobus... suerte encontrando un asiento, porque de pie hay muuuuchas posibilidades de que machaquen el cacharro o lo roben.
Desde luego, su salida algo más tardía (si no es un rumor y no tiene pinta por todos los detalles) ha sido un acierto. Desde luego el hardware no se va a quedar corto y podrá mover prácticamente todo, además de tener algunas mejoras que Deck y Ally echan en falta.
Como bien @YeiCov el precio va a ser determinante, ya que la máquina de Steam tiene un precio ajustado (entendiendo también su ecosistema propio) y Ally está por encima, creo que esto no se le escapará a nadie en Lenovo y ajustarán seguro.
@mcgnoll yo no era muy partidario de las portátiles hasta hace un tiempo, pero de un tiempo a esta parte el uso de estas máquinas sin necesidad de usar, por ejemplo una tele compartida ocupada por dibujos o por otras cosas, da cierta libertad. O su uso en vacaciones. En mi caso tiro de la portátil en momentos en que la tele está ocupada, o en ratos cortos de juego... Pero bueno, para gustos, los colores, obviamente!

Veo que no conociste las Steam Machines que salieron sobre 2015 - 2016. En su día no me hice con una porque no las conseguí en Canarias. Acabé tirando de PC portátil gaming. Cuando viajas por trabajo y te tiras de 4 a 6 meses del año del tingo al tango, empiezas a cogerle el gusto a todo aquello que huela a "portable". Aparatos MiFis(una especie de router WiFi 3G portátil, una castaña absoluta por cierto), ordenadores portátiles gaming (¡sacrilegio! ¡Gaming y portátil no pueden ir en la misma frase! Pues sí, y cumplen), adaptadores usb para TDT, Discos duros externos multimedia, plugs HDMI multimedia, ChromeCasts, etc, etc.
Te acostumbras a que tu 'Setup Gaming' hoy es tu portátil de lucesitas rojas/rgb sobre una mesa de plástico coja y un taburete de madera sin respaldo; mañana es una tele de 42" con los colores medio quemados y un sofá de muelles vencidos; y la semana que viene, Dios dirá.
En esas circunstancias acabas acostostumbrándote a cargar con accesorios varios que te puedan acomodar a las circunstancias que se te puedan presentar y, al mismo tiempo, flexibizar requisitos de exigencia en pro de la reducción de los mismos.
Créeme, en 2015 intenté comprar una Steam Machine en Canarias, pero si hubiese existido la Steam Deck, me podría haber planteado un viaje de ida y vuelta en avión para traérmela de Inglaterra.
Toda esta experiencia traída al entorno doméstico... Pues bueno, ves que el escritorio en el que solía descansar tu portátil ahora tiene a un 'pendenjudo' pegando gritos diciendo que vienen 2 por detrás, la tele del salón tiene emisión en bucle del programa/reality de moda y te ves montando tu setup gaming portable en la mesa del comedor, pero desmontándolo todo otra vez para la cena. Al final por pura pereza de ahorrarte el monta / desmonta... te pones una serie en el móvil y listo. Apostaría a que @Ecco1983 entiende algo de lo que estoy diciendo
Los miniPC portátiles existen, y hay algunos que van bastante bien. Son buenos sustitutos de un PC para jugar, sin grandes espectativas de FPS eso sí, pero cumplen. Una Handheld PC como la Deck, la Ally o esta Legion GO te dan esa libertad, movilidad e inmediatez absoluta. No se trata de jugar en el WC, sino más bien de poder estar en el sofá con tu pareja mientras ella ve la tele, pudiendo mantener una conversación mientras te pasas alguna misión. Claro que en cualquier momento, sueltas la consola a un lado, la coges más tarde, lo que sea pero en cuestión de 2 minutos retomas y SIN la necesidad de tener o montar un espacio específico para ello.
Estos son a mi parecer los principales usos y el principal objetivo de mercado que abarcarán estos dispositivos.
Nota: 3 años con la Switch, 165 lunas en el Super Mario Odissey, 1 mes con la Ally, más de 180 ya. Y no es ni de cerca el juego al que le he dedicado más tiempo.

Si conocí las steam machines, pero en aquel entonces ni existía proton, ni steam se había metido tan a saco para dar soporte a linux; era más un experimento a ver qué ocurría. Y si, conozco minipcs (generalmente de fabricantes chinos, con su consecuente problema de garantías) con especificaciones muy buenas. La steam deck lo bueno que tiene es un precio competitivo, soporte directo con linux y tal. Me refiero a que una versión con ese mismo hardware, pero en una "cajita" con más ventilación y refrigeración y un precio algo menor al ignorar la pantalla y el gamepad para mí sería un producto perfecto (aunque en realidad ya habría que actualizar a las nuevas apus que vienen).
Vuelvo a decir que desde mi punto de vista no le veo utilidad a este tipo de "consolas". Si voy a estar en un tren varias horas es porque es un tren decente y tiene espacio suficiente para usar un portátil liviano con comodidad. También en mi caso me parece incómodo el uso de gamepads, así que es otro punto en contra.
Evidentemente, habrá gente que les parezca correcto y útil y me parece fantástico, pero yo no soy el target de estos dispositivos.
Es que si no te gusta jugar con mando ya quedas totalmente fuera de objetivo. En mi caso e ido pasando por todo tipo de máquinas de juego, he tenido mis épocas más pro teclado/ratón y épocas más pro mando. Llevo una temporada que adapto juegos que no están concebidos para mando, ni tienen siquiera soporte oficial para ello; el Palia por ejemplo, aún no tiene soporte oficial para gamepad pero lo he ido remapeando a mi manera. Es imposible competir ni con un teclado compacto y sus 60 teclas, pero me apaño. En tren he viajado pocas veces, la insularidad te obliga a volar; dentro de los gadgets, ese terreno lo ocupaba una tablet de 10" o el propio móvil. Ahora será la Handheld PC. Está claro que no es un producto para todo el mundo, de hecho hay mucha gente a la que directamente se la desaconsejo, que se pillen una Switch y si quieren algo más potente, una Deck para jugar exclusivamente cosas de Steam. Me parece genial que hayan opciones para todo tipo de Gamer, en el canal de Eta Prime ha hablado de varios que son auténticos monstruos, yo la verdad es que flipo con a dónde estamos llegando; me acuerdo de la época de mi primer PC compacto, un Sinclair ZX Spectrum, y me da hasta sentimiento 😅
Yo empecé con el C64 y de vez en cuando me pongo longplays con añoranza. 😀
A mí lo que me fascina de este apartado de la tecnología es la eficiencia que se está consiguiendo en máquinas de poco consumo. De hecho creo que eso es lo más importante. Con 30w de potencia se consigue ahora un rendimiento similar al de hace 6-7 años con 200w. Para mí eso es más impresionante que mover una escena llena de brilli-brilli, reflejos que molestan a la vista y entorpecen la jugabilidad y resoluciones del horror que sólo son relevantes en pantallas estáticas donde puedes fijarte en todos los detalles con detenimiento, y siempre con cuidado de no encender la lavadora o el microondas, que si no salta el diferencial.
Por eso entiendo y veo natural que esta gran mejora en eficiencia ayude a que cada vez salgan más dispositivos de este estilo, pero me da "rabia" que las opciones de hardware similar sin pantalla/gamepad sean o bien (mucho) más caros o bien de "peléate si le pasa algo al cacharro con el fabricante de China".
Bueno, ya dejo el lloriqueo, que no está la cosa para deshidratarse. xD

Welcome to Legion Community (“Legion Community” or the “Platform") - powered by Standing on Giants*- an online communication platform operated by Lenovo (the “Client”).
Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By accessing or using Legion Community you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, then you should not access or use the Platform.
Lenovo’s decision in relation to any aspect of Legion Community and these Terms is final and binding.
Your Use of Legion Community Platform
ELIGIBILITY. This Program is open to Participants who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. This Program is not open to: (1) employees or internally contracted vendors of [Client] or its parent/subsidiaries, agents or affiliates; (2) the immediate family members or members of the same household of any such employee or vendor; (3) anyone professionally involved in the development or administration of this Program; (4) employees or internally contracted vendors of governments and government-affiliated companies or organizations; or (5) any employee whose employer's guidelines or regulations do not allow entry in the Program. Participants are not entitled to any surplus between actual retail value (ARV) of a reward and stated ARV and any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the reward will not be awarded. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Platform in any way or circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security feature of the Platform. Your use of the information and Content available on the Platform is subject to the following restrictions:
You must not modify or remove any and all copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.
You must not modify the Content in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use the Content for any commercial purpose.
No title or ownership rights in the Content or any intellectual property rights therein are transferred to you under these Terms. You may never use another user's account without the permission of that user. Your Content Posted or Linked to Legion Community
Lenovo allows you to submit posts or link content to Legion Community, including photos, images, videos, sounds, comments, links, tweets, likes, and other materials. A Legion Community moderator will moderate all posts after publication. Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary in your Content for it to be on or available from the Platform, and that the posting and use of your Content on or through the Platform does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. You agree that Lenovo is only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your Content. Lenovo does not have any obligation to review your Content, and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of all user Content and we cannot assure you that harmful, inaccurate, deceptive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable Content will not appear on the Platform. Lenovo is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your Content. Data Privacy and Security
Lenovo will communicate with you via email or push notifications (including via the Standing on Giants platform), about Legion Community related notices changes to features of Legion Community and any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.. If required by law, we will ask you for consent before sending you marketing emails. Please note that you may unsubscribe to general marketing emails at any time using the link provided in the emails. You understand that your data may be shared with other Lenovo entities and trusted third parties with a contractual relationship with Lenovo solely in connection with Legion Community

Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
(a) You will abide by and comply with these Terms;
(b) Your Content and Lenovo’s use thereof as contemplated by these Terms and the Platform will not infringe any rights of any third party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and rights of publicity;
(c) You have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms and to the extent that any entity is bound hereby, to bind such entity, these Terms, and performance of obligations under these Terms do not and will not violate any other agreement to which you or such entity is a party; and
(d) You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those set forth in these Terms.
Compliance
When using Legion Community, you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and all terms of use and similar rules concerning your use of any Social Media Outlet or other third party publishing platform.
Upon our request made to you from time to time, you will cooperate with us and allow us access to your systems, communications, and records solely in connection with determining your compliance with these Terms.
Visiting Third Party Websites
The Platform may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, products, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Lenovo. Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property
Lenovo™, the Lenovo logo, and certain other product names and phrases are trademarks or service marks of Lenovo in the U.S. and/or other countries. The absence of a trademark or service mark designation next to a product or service name or logo belonging to Lenovo anywhere on the Platform does not constitute a waiver of Lenovo’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo used or referenced on the Platform.
The Platform contains content owned or licensed by Lenovo ("Lenovo Content"). Lenovo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and Lenovo, Lenovo owns and retains all copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property rights in and to Lenovo Content and the Platform (the “Intellectual Property”). Lenovo reserves all rights in the Lenovo Content and Intellectual Property not expressly granted in these Terms. Lenovo does not permit the use of the Lenovo Content or its Intellectual Property in advertising, as an endorsement for any product or service, or for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise, without the prior express written permission of Lenovo.
Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Lenovo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Lenovo may terminate the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lenovo and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following: (i) Your Content or your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; (iv) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; or (v) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as reasonably requested by Lenovo with respect to any such claim. Lenovo reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any such claim, and you will not in any event settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Lenovo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING.
