@Saka Thank you for reminding me about Cat Quest! I did not put it on my list because it is very long by now, but I too was looking into it when I saw it on Steam. And I did not know it had part 2 already. Must be doing well.

@DoctorEldritch I'm more familiar with the PEGI classification and games like Smash Bros Ultimate or Street Fighter V are classified PEGI 12 because of the "violence" (characters hitting each other)
PEGI 18 is more about gross violence, motiveless killing, violence towards defenceless characters (among other things) and I guess Rainbow Six falls in this category mostly because you can kill your mates, and you can also kill the hostage (both on purpose or by accident) in addition to bad language (like the f word) that you mostly hear on training with the bad (white masks) guys, but you can hear this word in so many 12+ movies 😅
And I just discovered that there is another classification for non-game apps that comes with the other numerical ones mostly under 18 it is the "Parental Guidance Recommended" that looks like this

Maybe they should use it for games if they already have this, with a proper parental guidance, kids can understand better and make the difference between what is real and what is not, and what is good and what is not 👀

@DoctorEldritch Apparently the second part has been out for a few years now? How the time flies. I need to have a look if one can play the second game without playing first and so on. 🤔

And currently there's a weeklong deal on Stray, it's a bit discounted on Steam. Not a huge deal, but still some savings compared to the regular price.

@GoLLuM13 Oh right, there's also PEGI. I wonder if there are games that have different PEGI and ESRB scores. But PEGI seems more flexible to me, that "Parental Guidance Recommended" they have is sort of the concept I was talking about before in relation to films. I don't think ESRB has that. Though I'd say it should be used more and be more widespread. More parents should play games with their kids, I think.

@Saka Cat Quest seems like fun, but there are many games I want to play more before I can even start thinking about playing that. And you're right, Steam seems to have some discounts right now...
