First of all, thanks to Lenovo for hosting such an event for the gaming community. The answer of my questions is as follows:

    • Bayonetta would be my favorite female protagonist because she is powerful, stylish, and charismatic. Also, it is one the best hack & slash games!
    • Women can easily become a pro player and compete in gaming e-sports by practicing in online sessions to their favorite gaming genres, actively building their skills, and advocating for diversity.

Here are some of the questions for the Q/A session to
    Meshael 😍

    • When did you realized that gaming has been part of your professional career?
    • What is your favourite gaming genre in single player and multiplayer?
    • What is your most favourite streaming gear do you use while streaming?
    • What advice would you give to the female gamers to pursue into the gaming/content creation career?

Definitely a tie between Celeste and Jesse Faden from Control. Both are extraordinary in their own way and display a quiet determination and perseverance. Elle from last of us would probably be in the list also, though her story line in the second one left a little to be desired but it was certainly passionate all the same.

There seems to be a distinct lack of series with female protagonists. They're usually stand alone games, hopefully that'll change with time as well. Aloy was a welcome surprise and hopefully her success will encourage the development of more games with a strong female presence.

Encouraging more girls to participate in esport is a loaded topic but it begins with displaying more characters they can relate with and encouraging them to experiment with gaming from an earlier age. Sport games should also be encouraged to include more women in the games itself, the overwhelming success of the football season in Australia is definitely indicative of the massive potential that can be tapped into.

Across the years I've gradually noted a small but steadily increasing number of girls in multiplayer games. And the community is certainly very supportive as well. I think it's something that will slowly but surely draw in a wider audience, especially with PC gaming advancing the way it is and potable systems like gaming laptops and handhelds potentially increasing the ease of use.

My favorite female gaming character is Chun-Li from Street Fighter.

She represents strength, perseverance and breaking barriers in a male-dominated genre.

To empower more women in esports, we need to highlight role models like Meshael to inspire the next generation.

Gaming leagues should provide equal opportunities for women to compete at all levels. Companies should actively recruit and promote their female players.

With more visible representation and access starting at a young age, gaming can move towards gender equality.

Chun-Li and others prove women can excel in this space.

Hey Mashael! Do you ever sit back and play The Sims? Or do you only enjoy fast-paced action games?

My favourite female character is "Tina" from red alert2.

My question is how to empower and improve graphic cards from outsourcing processing?

Many thanks and Welcome to Ai world.

    Best wishes.

@UnapologeticDino In general, I like the games characters based on the mythology and their backstory even if the game was old and not good by modern standards. so, an example of my favorite female game protagonists is Aya Brea of Parasite Eve series. Aya Brea is a NYPD detective who is investigating a series of bizarre murders that seem to be connected to a mysterious entity known as "Eve". As she delves deeper into the case, she discovers that Eve is actually a powerful mitochondria that has evolved to become capable of controlling human bodies, leading to a series of grotesque and terrifying transformations. Aya must use her skills and resources as a detective to uncover the truth behind Eve's origins and stop her from spreading further chaos and destruction. Along the way, she also uncovers dark secrets about her own past and the true nature of humanity. Sounds like a synopsis for a good anime right :D.

Regarding "empowering" females to get into professional gaming, I don't see actually why we should or why we need to, we are just having fun, no one pursue a 9 to 5 gaming job just for a paycheck at the end of the month, all pro gamers are passionate about it, and the score board doesn't lie or have any biases. So, sex here is not a factor in the equation only the will and the skill. hence, no need to complicate things with gaming feminism.

Question to Meshael: Being a pro gamer is a very strange answer to the famous question "what you do for a living?". So, when exactly did you take the decisions to change the trajectory of your life to become a pro gamer instead of the common career paths? what was the circumstances?

To empower more women to consider esports as a career choice, it's important to focus on the following aspects:

    1. Representation: Highlighting and celebrating the achievements of successful female esports players and professionals can serve as inspiration for aspiring women in the industry. By showcasing diverse role models, we can break down gender stereotypes and encourage more women to pursue esports careers.

    2. Education and Awareness: Providing educational resources, workshops, and mentorship programs specifically targeted towards women can help bridge the gender gap in esports. By raising awareness about the opportunities available in the industry and providing the necessary skills and knowledge, more women can feel confident in pursuing esports as a career.

    3. Inclusive Communities: Creating inclusive and safe spaces within the esports community is crucial. This involves addressing and combating sexism, harassment, and discrimination. Promoting respectful behavior and implementing codes of conduct can foster an environment where women feel welcomed and supported.

    4. Networking and Collaboration: Encouraging networking opportunities and collaboration among women in esports can help build a strong support system. Events, forums, and online communities dedicated to connecting and empowering women in the industry can provide valuable resources, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

    5. Sponsorship and Investment: Supporting female-led initiatives, tournaments, and organizations through sponsorship and investment can contribute to the growth and visibility of women in esports. By providing financial backing and resources, we can help create more opportunities for women to excel in the industry.

Overall, empowering more women to consider esports as a career choice requires a collective effort from the gaming community, industry leaders, educational institutions, and society as a whole. By addressing barriers, promoting inclusivity, and providing support, we can create a more diverse and thriving esports landscape.
