@Saka That may depend on the setup. Do you have a screen of reasonable size, then it would work. I only have a laptop as of yet, I was planning to buy a screen last year and you and @GoLLuM13 graciously advised me on which to choose, but the circumstances played out the way that I have not made that purchase yet. So my laptop screen, while not small, is not that comfortable to be used in this particular manner.

Ring Fit is a Nintendo Switch Exclusive, so I don't think you can play it on a laptop 👀

Oh no 🥲, What a disappointment ،currently I haven't had any health problems , maybe because I'm still young, I'm 22 years old, but your warning doesn't make me optimistic about my future in tennis, actually I like playing it a lot😋 and even sometimes I play tennis as a game on my PC with my family 😅 and I don't think I will enjoy any other sport as much as I enjoy it , even football, which most people are addicted to, I don't prefer it. thank you for warning me😄👍I will do with your advice

@mostak My issue in tennis came to be because of my own negligence in keeping balance. If you remember to switch your dominant hand every now and then I'm sure you'll be fine. And I do not enjoy football either, playing or watching, I generally prefer individual sports over team ones. Currently, I enjoy swimming and scuba diving the most, though diving is most enjoyable when you do it in beautiful places with colorful fish to fish and plants to see. Just doing it in a pool is somewhat boring.

That's true, officially you can't. But where there is a will there's a way, and there are mods and hardware solutions that allow to do this already in some games. Here is the Elden Ring, for example:
