But why is that? 🤔 Well, one reason could be that traditionally, video games were often considered more of a "boy's thing," which might have discouraged some girls from getting involved. 😔 However, things are changing now, and it's essential to encourage and empower more girls to explore the world of Esports! 💪
Everyone does have their own unique strengths. Girls can be awesome gamers because they bring different perspectives and skills to the game. They can pay really close attention to details, work well in teams, and are good at adapting to new challenges.
From my own POV gaming skills are about practice and passion, not about being a boy or a girl. 🙆‍♂️🙅‍♀️

البنات اللي بيلعبوا الألعاب الإلكترونية بيتعرضوا لمضايقات أكتر من الرجالة، زي التحرش والتعليقات الغبية.

عشان نتعامل مع الموضوع ده، الشركات اللي بتدير الألعاب الإلكترونية لازم تعمل قوانين أقوى ضد التحرش وتخلق مكان أكتر أمان لفتيات. مفيش نماذج كتيرة للبنات اللي عايزين يلعبوا الألعاب دي.

الشركات لازم توظف وتعمل ترقية لعدد أكبر من الفتيات في الأدوار القيادية والتدريب عشان تشجع البنات الصغيرة.

فيه فجوة كبيرة في الأجور بين الشباب و الفتيات حتى في أعلى مستويات المنافسة.

اتحادات الألعاب الإلكترونية لازم تشوف هياكل التعويضات وتعدلها عشان توفر أجور متساوية. فيه نقص في التمويل والرعاية للبنات وفرق الألعاب الإلكترونية بس. المزيد من الرعاة والمستثمرين لازم يدعموا الفتيات في الألعاب الإلكترونية عشان يعززوا تطورهم المهني ونجاحهم. فيه حاجة لأكتر من مسابقات ودوريات الألعاب الإلكترونية الخاصة بالفتيات.

إنشاء مكان مخصص للفتيات للتنافس وبناء المجتمع هيشجع أكتر من الفتيات على متابعة الألعاب الإلكترونية زي المجتمع اللي بنتكلم منه دلوقتي ليجيون جيمينج كوميونيتي.

و أخيراً سؤال محوري و حلزوني للأخت ماري 😍

لو كنتي هتصممي تحدي أو حدث فريد في اللعبة لجمهورك علشان يشارك فيه مستوحي من رحلتك و تجربتك الشخصية في الرياضات الألكترونية هيكون عبارة عن أية و لماذا ؟ أذا كان ممكن تشاركينا القصة و كل الأمتنان و الشكر موصول لك

السبب هو عدم وجود التشجع
المناسب لهم فبداية احتراف اى لاعب تكون من بداية حبه لمجال الالعاب ولعبة كثيرا مع اصدقائه وهو الشىء الصعب حدوثة للاعبات المحترفات لان من الصعب ايجاد مجموعة من الصديقات التى تتشاركن حب الالعاب واللعب سويا مما يقلل فرص تكوين لاعبات محترفات
لكن بالتشجيع المناسب والدعاية السليمة يمكن تغيير هذه الفكر الى الافضلوط وجذب عدد اكبر من اللاعبات المحترفات

لان الإناث يحببن التحدث مع النساء الأخريات كثيرًا والمكياج وما إلى ذلك، ولا يحببنا الألعاب الحربية وما إلى ذلك، كما في الحقيقة، الأمر يرجع إلى الهرمونات التستوستيرون.
