@M2lobaz That's exactly it, in most western games (and series/films, for that matter), the foreign language is said in such a way that the viewer understands where the person is from, but native speakers can hear that it's not quite right. Like when Karl Glusman played Sergei Pavlov in Devs, his accent was "Russian in America" but proper Russian accent.

And @Saka is right, I guess how well you enjoy accents depends on whether or not you are local. Then again, some of them seem almost deliberately twisted for comic effect sometimes, like that "Rouge of Love" song from the Yakuza series.
