    Hello fellow gamers!

In the light of new competition, I've started this thread, because I need 1 :D and because I had some questions about Lenovo/Legion itself, for quite time, which bothers me, and haven't found any answer on it, so wanted to check if others have similar problems.

    Here it goes:

    1. Why there is few websites/login pages for Lenovo/Legion over the world, not one main and then to separate by language/change language option to be featured if needed?
(I accidentally made several accounts, and now can't delete them)

    2. Connected with previous question, why, if you want to delete account, you are unable. There is no option, and on some forum I've found contact to Lenovo support, never got answer back.
And, why you get message, after some time if you try to login, forget pass or something - "account is locked", and there is no option to bypass that.
Support is dead silent about it, same as for above.

    3. Again, *maybe* connected with previous question, does it feel for you that all sites from Lenovo/Legion "universe" feels laggy and sometimes, hard accessible, especially from phone?
I remember, when I was chasing my Legion 5 Pro on official Lenovo site, it loads page forever, scrolling hard up down, laggy, not opening pictures.
Even this forum, Legion Gaming community! Site sometimes lags, it takes time that letters in password show up, so there is some delay, password restart is weird etc...

Don't get me wrong - I love Lenovo, I love my Legion baby :D and overall, I am very satisfied with it.
When I was changing my PC (also Lenovo Legion C730, awesome PC must say!) for laptop ( I needed laptop, because I started to travel a lot), I did whole study until I came to decision - it will be Lenovo, it will be Legion, it will be Legion 5 Pro.
    Aaaand, finaly I bought it.
Oh boy, I was happy as a kid in the candy store and till today, I love it like a first day and it works like a swiss clock!
Also, must mention, people/admins of this community, I don't know are they employed but man, they work like they have awesome salary - fast response, very polite.
But main site(S), very slow, very laggy and thats what bothers me. Also I heard that direct customer support, even with premium warranty, is rude, non responsive (I felt that in case about my accounts) and its not worth money spent on device and even, on extra, extended warranty.

So this is my questions, I would like to hear experience of others and if someone have some advice about above.

Thank you in advance on your answers and happy gaming! :) 🖖

I have not personally experienced the Legion website having excessive delays, but I've seen it mentioned in another section of the community. So it is definitely a thing, but might not be caused by the server Lenovo is using, but rather something in the routing. If that's the case, then the issue can be on your ISP end rather than Lenovo's server provider or just about anywhere in-between. Unfortunately then it can be a nightmare to get the issue resolved.

Something that is definitely happening in the Legion boards is an hyperactive firewall that likes to bash people with random "Access denied" in the face when doing the most trivial activities on the forums. Sometimes the trigger is so random that replicating is a nightmare. There's a topic on it on the EMEA English boards.

To my knowledge the other Lenovo websites are the responsibility of different people than the Legion CMs, so they won't be able to assist directly with the issues. However, I am sure that if you shot a DM to one of them and explained the situation in details, they would forward the issue to the support responsible for that. Hopefully that'd yield better results than your unsuccessful attempts.
