    As-Salam Alykum

4 days separate us from the expected event, which is being organized for the first time in a Middle Eastern, Arab and Islamic country, the FIFA World Cup 2022 in the State of Qatar.
32 teams from all over the world are competing to win the most expensive and difficult trophy, the World Cup, which is also organized for the first time in winter.

Before the start of the tournament, let us review together what Qatar has achieved in the 12 years since the announcement of the honor of hosting the tournament.

On this day we will talk about stadiums:
When football exists, there must be stadiums. Therefore, the State of Qatar has built, maintained, and equipped 8 stadiums, the most prominent of which are:

1- Khalifa International Stadium: It opened in 1976 during the reign of the former Emir Sheikh Khalifa, may God have mercy on him. The stadium was modernized to accommodate 40,000 spectators, in addition to building air conditioners inside (and we will talk about these air conditioners soon). Secondary school, and do not forget the world-famous Aspetar Sports Hospital, and finally the wide green Aspire Zone.

Al-Bayt Stadium: The design of the stadium was inspired by the Bait al-Sha'ar inhabited by the Bedouin people. The outer structure, which embodies the shape of the tent in all its magnificence, embraces one of the ultra-modern football stadiums. The verses of Bedouin tribes and families can usually be identified by looking at their black and white stripes. This is reflected in the stadium's distinctive exterior façade, where fans feel a warm welcome upon entering it through the vibrant Sadu inscriptions, and it accommodates 60,000 spectators.

3- Finally, Lusail Stadium: It accommodates 80,000 spectators. The design of this exceptional stadium was inspired by the overlap of light and shadow that characterizes the traditional Arab lighthouse or lantern. Its structure and façade also reflect the meticulous inscriptions on food bowls, utensils, and other pieces of art found throughout the country. Arab and Islamic during the rise of civilization in the region. With the passage of time, the golden colour on the outer facade will fade to mimic the colours of old metal utensils, updating the region's culture and speaking of its ancient history.
