    Hello
Sony, the company that owns PlayStation consoles, has released a new service called PlayStation Stars, which in short, has been sold with games when enough points are accumulated.

Sony are being lazy writers these days, traditional old ways to attract new players but I think it will perform really poor...the fact that they put XBOX in a direct rivalry on the acquisition of Call of Duty made them in a critical situation, but if they just accepted it from the beginning it wouldn't go this far.

That's a shame, and it's making scandal in many countries because of Level 4 :
Milestones: Bought four full games from PlayStation Store, earned 128 uncommon trophies.
Benefits : Benefits: Receive a celebration collectible, chat priority routing and retain all collectibles from Levels 1, 2 and 3.

"Chat priority routing" which is explained by "Level 4 Members in select countries will have the added benefit of Priority routing to our chat support team." What they also call "Premier Support"

In other words, people who pay more on their store will benefit of a "better" support. This thing shouldn't even exist, every customer should have a good support experience and be treated equally whether you buy games on their store or not.

I don't know what going on with Sony on this generation, I'm an old Playstation player since the first one, I had all their machines except for Vita/PS TV (and of course the too expensive and "unfoundable" PS5) but this kind of thing is unacceptable IMHO, too many missteps on this generation
