Gaming has evolved me through the friends I've met. I've been playing games since I was a kid, online since I was about 11 years old. I've met people that I call friends, that I've met in real life after playing together for many years and that I talk to on a near daily basis.
I feel this has allowed me to come out of my shell and not have to pretend to be someone I'm not, I've evolved into the real me and without gaming I don't think I ever would have done so.

Gaming has evolved me sins i was 6-7 yrs old, i usee to be a kid that was outside alot, and have a whole bunch of friends and i used to play minecraft with my neighbour and a good friend at ps3, i remember my mom saying how creative and entetaining it was, to build huge houses and other buildigs like a whole citys. We playd that for yrs and then, my friend got ps4 i went every day to her house and we used to play hours, then i crew up and got a old laptop that i stilk have somwhere, i started playng more and more somethimes like 12 hours a day, and thats a lot!
my mom was worried about me bc i weren outide anymore, a long time. I remeber how great it was, playing online with my frineds and how we feeled so free of stress and the life around us, we played nights and nights and not a long time ago i started realizing that it was bad wor me, my mental healt was low and i didnt have even any muscles, bc of not working out. I started working out and i got bigger and bigger and now i have a great family around me. And ofc i still play 1-5 hours every day. And without gaming i think i would never ever crew up ti this that i am now 😁.

I would most likely play something like minecraft since there is an endless amount of things you can do, so you will most likely not get bored

Gaming has evolved me in many ways, i have depression and anxiety which both have thankfully eased up the older i get and the more people i meet. Gaming has had a big part in that fight as it gives me the opportunity to meet great people and see how different everyones situations are. I have become to understand that no matter how angry a person can seem in a group call or a game lobby, they’re still someone who might need attention and friends to talk to. I have lost many friends along the way but i’m grateful that they were there at some point in time. I wish everyone a nice beginning of the winter, stay safe.

It helped me cure my depression, and made me want to live again. I have made many social contacts through gaming I otherwise wouldnt have. It has also changed how i perceive the world.

When I first started gaming on an older AMD Athlon, I remember how excided I was every time I would come home from School, eager to just sit at my computer and use the time my parents would allow me to enjoy our bulky computer for that day. StarCraft and Counter-Strike were my top choices, but Grand Theft Auto and Diablo where close seconds. We didn't have an internet connection at that point, so Gaming could feel lonely sometimes, but stil an amazing experience nevertheless. Running around, discovering all the pixels on our maps and trying to beat the game as best as possible, made the whole experience worth it.

But the real fun began when we were lucky enough for our building to be included in the local Internet installation plans. Once the computer was connected to the world, everything changed. Gaming leveled up to a whole new world and it made me understand that we are a lot more connected than I could have ever imagined.

Now to answer the question we are all being asked: How has gaming evolved you?

Gaming has evolved the way I look at the world, it improved many aspects of my Gaming and Personal life: It evolved new relationships, strengthen existing ones and evolved the way I approach smaller and bigger challenges in my day to day life. While gaming, I evolved my teamwork, my communication skills and most importantly, my personality. I think many of us are who we are today because of a smaller or even bigger part that we took from Gaming.

Gamers, no matter what Platform, OS, Genre, Scale, will always be gamers and we will always evolve more and more!

    Thanks!
    Let's game!

Gaming will forever be my favorite hobby. It is where I make friends, relax, experience true happiness and learn English! As a girl in the gaming community it can sometimes be hard, especially in more violent games. I have learned how to stand up myself and others and I have even made my own little gaming community where me and others that are easily exposed in society, still can have a good time! Gaming should be for everyone and in about a year I will start my game developer-education. Games have taught me that you should always respect others. In games everyone has the same conditions!

Gaming has made me better in english by communicating with people. It has given me better reaction time, and I can more easily spot movement in the real world. It has also improved my relationships with friends, getting called in the morning and hopping on minecraft PS3 custom worlds with a friend made good memories. I have over 700 hours in one game were most of them are with a friend. My creativity and ability of solving certain problems has also evolved. Gaming is a thing that forms communites, and relationships, its something we can all enjoy togheter and get a break from the real world if needed. It has evolved me in other ways i am certain, but I can not know every way it has changed me.

Getting a laptop would be great to keep these relationships as i have moved because of school and cant play amymore with friends. So I cross my fingers, but in the end i still have the old memories to cherish.
