I have found many new friends through different games. At the same time my social skills have got better.

I have been playing a lot of rythm games for the past year and it has helped me develop different motor skills that i wouldn't have got to practice anywhere else.

Gaming has evolved me in many ways. It has evolved me at getting Smarter. For example Minecraft and many scientists games. Social skills. I have met a lot of good people while gaming for example I met a guy 4 year ago..I’m still talking to him and playing video games with him. Gaming has thought me to use Strategies to get successful/win. And gaming is what I do when I’m bored at my free time, it helps me get more social with friend and randoms and it’s SUPER fun 🤩

Growing up with different types of games like Nintendo 8bit and such i learned to be social and comunitive with friends since everyone wanted to play video games boys and girls
in the later years computer games, konsol games and such Where allways with me and a big part of my life, beeing a father myself today i lack the time to play as much as did before and my daughter comes in first place but when the evening comes and everything is quiet i still sit and play some houres and forever will do so even when i’m old and grey 😄

Gaming has made me learn more about computers and it’s features. I only used to play with PS4 because i didn’t know how to the controls work in the laptop.

But ever since i got my first laptop, i have learned new things with it and with that came games.
I really love to play horror games and before i sucked at it. But i have been learning and learning almost everyday how the controls work.

But it’s also hard when i am using non gaming laptop, so my games really lag sometimes but i try to play and learn with that.

So winning a new laptop would be amazing, because then i can play games better and study with it too because i really like to learn how everything works.

Also with gaming, you can get friends, i usually play co-op horror games with friends i have met through online and it really has improved my skills as a player and as a human being.

Gaming has provided me with great moments with my friends since I was a small kid. But it has also majorly improved my English skills on top of school and other activities. Gaming has been a great way to communicate with people who are hard to reach in person and also a great way to make new friends!

I started playing simple video games on the web browser from which I moved to playing on the original Wii. Xbox 360 came in to my life at a young age and I have been a gamer ever since and I have made lots of contacts through it! One of the greatest and misunderstood activities in life!

Gaming has made me better at comunicating with other people, as I was quite the introvert before. It has also massively improved my skills in both speaking and writing english. As my computer broke down a few months ago I havent been able to interact with my friends in the same way, and getting a new computer would mean the world to me.

I would say gaming has not only changed me, but gaming has shaped me since young. Started my first gaming association at age of 11, bunch of friends playing together. Later joined larger associations and then chairman of a fistic in Swedish gaming youth federation… helping others starting associations and bringing gamers together.

when I turned 18 I could start play alpha and beta games.. came into contact with a group of crazy people from Iceland making a game - needed someone that could help with content/world writing so I helped.. Later EVE online launched and I kept wrinting on my spare time for the game, had a blast!

having friends all over the world still, already as young been able to write in English and foster my imagination, also help others succeed with their gaming dreams. It has been so rewarding! Even brought gaming into youth activities in te Swedish church, welcoming geeks in an inclusive scene where friendship has been focus (not the religion).

Now I help my autistic son, 12 years old and dreaming of creating games. We spend time doing small scrips and ideas.. He even does some basic coding already and we game once a week together. I use gaming to help him socialize and work on his own personal challenging journey.

So gaming has been evolving me and keep evolving me.. I would use the laptop to introduce my son to LAN and events where he would easily be able to bring a hot Legion laptop.. and when it is home we wouldn’t have to share PC but instead online together from one computer each. What a dream!
