Buona sera a tutti, mi sono appena iscritto, non ho ancora un legion, ed è per questo che scrivo… spero che i più esperti possano aiutarmi …🙂 in poche parole vorrei un consiglio su cosa mi conviene fare: ho la possibilità di prendere un legion 5 Pro ( AMD e 3070 ) con un tera aggiuntivo a circa 1800 euro ( ovviamente usato alcuni mesi ), c’è un offerta su Amazon di un Legion 7 ( sempre AMD ma con la 3080 ) a 2250 euro, infine c’è l’uscita dei modelli 2022… sarei tentato di aspettarli ho visto qui sul Forum il CES Lenovo… parlano di febbraio per l’uscita ( in America ) qua da noi quando arriveranno? E soprattuto a che prezzi ( stimati )?
altra domanda i legion 5 Pro 2022 avranno tra le possibili GPU anche la 3070, però ho visto che il TGP è bloccato a 125 anziché 140, ho notato però che la 3070 è Ti e non liscia, qualcuno mi può chiarire? Grazie a tutti dell’aiuto. 🙏🏻
Ciao @Fijorm! Ancora benvenuto nella Community! Argomento molto interessante quanto complicato per che, come me, non è un esperto!
Di dico che il Legion 5 Pro AMD con la 3070 mi sembra proprio quello che hanno alcuni utenti più esperti come @Lascax o @Ken3cento ed è fenomenale. Io ho la versione intel con la 3060. Se non ti spaventa l'usato, io lo prenderei! Magari poi fai un upgrade alla RAM in futuro.
Tra il Legion 7 ed i nuovi modelli, dato che il prezzo secondo me non sarà tanto diverso, per la versione base, forse aspetterei i nuovi ma c'è senza dubbio da aspettare abbastanza! Se non sbaglio l'anno scorso i primi pezzi sono arrivati in estate ma bisognava monitorare il sito per essere veloci prima che tornasse non disponibile... io cercherò di tenere aggiornata la community con notizie sui tempi ma per ora non ne ho!
Per il TGP dei nuovi modelli ti riporto delle specifiche ufficiali che danno valori più alti. Tu a cosa ti riferisci in particolare? Qualche approfondimento ulteriore?

Ah, per quanto riguarda Ti ho trovato qualcosa sul web che lo spiega abbastanza bene. Io non credo che si possano avvertire le differenze se non a livelli di Pro-players:

le versioni Ti hanno molto più core Shader (CUDA), più VRAM e tendono a designare entrambe le GPU di valore e prestazioni più elevate nella line-up della generazione di GPU NVIDIA rispetto alle GPU non-Ti dello stesso livello.
Le versioni "Ti" delle GPU sono spesso rilasciate in una data successiva rispetto alle loro controparti non-Ti. Di solito sono un mezzo per rimanere competitivi contro i prodotti rilasciati da AMD. Inoltre, sono spesso lanciate per abbassare i prezzi di certi livelli di prestazioni senza effettivamente abbassare i prezzi delle GPU esistenti.>>

Sono molto indeciso se aspettare o prendere ora il 5 PRO usato o il 7 in offerta… se almeno ci fosse una data stimata d’uscita in Italia… francamente non capisco anche il ritardo dell’anno passato. Eppure credo che il mercato italiano non sia così trascurabile come richieste.

Rispondo da utente informato in merito:
- Se non è un problema per te l'usato, il L5P con la 3070 è un ottimo laptop ( quello che ho io ) ed è uno dei migliori secondo molti reviewer, se non il migliore come rapporto qualità/prezzo/prestazioni dell'anno. A 1800 euro non è un prezzaccio anche col Tera in più, anzi, è quasi da negozio onestamente, ma il problema è la reperibilità. Se stai comprando da una persona ben fidata potresti chiudere un occhio e accettare ( ovviamente con la certezza che sia anche in condizioni ottimali ). Il prezzo di mercato del modello 5800H/3070/16GB/1TB è stato per mesi di circa 2000 euro, per tua informazione ( senza sconti od offerte ).
- Il Legion 7 è questione più di scelta premium che altro, come la 3080 che rispetto alla 3070 non si distacca di tantissimo come prestazioni. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo/prestazioni rispetto ai laptop con una 3070 non è ottimale, diciamo, ma neanche tale da essere rimpianto.
- Riguardo i Legion 2022 ti parlo per esperienza personale, essendoci passato nel 2021: a Febbraio è altamente improbabile che saranno disponibili in Italia. Mi aspetto più un fine Marzo e inizio Aprile, ma soprattutto dovrai stare sul serio sul chi vive data la crisi ancora in corso dei componenti. Io riuscii a ordinare il mio nei primi momenti in uno strettissimo arco di 48 ore con tanto di bot di avviso e Discord dedicato con altri appassionati, e l'ho ricevuto a fine Aprile. Altri, che hanno ordinato anche solo 2 ore dopo di me, l'hanno ricevuto a Giugno. Se vuoi puntare ai 2022, metti in conto fino a 3-6 mesi di attesa.
- La 3070Ti è in effetti un modello aggiornato e più performante rispetto alla 3070: la definizione di base fornita da @Wersus è quindi corretta. Tuttavia ricorda che delle promesse sui grafici non possiamo farcene nulla e l'unica vera prova si avrà quando i primi modelli di laptop del 2022 saranno confrontati con quelli 2021 con una 3070 da parte di reviewer affidabili, cosa che avverrà molto avanti. So che hanno ottimizzato anche i consumi e la ventilazione, quindi questo spiegherebbe il wattaggio inferiore esposto di base. Tuttavia si parla appunto di aspettare e vedere quanto sarà il divario, anche se personalmente non credo alle promesse di "50% più veloce", perchè mi sembra un salto troppo alto quando dalla serie 2000 alla serie 3000 il divario è stato di circa il 25% dopo un paio di anni, e c'è una intera generazione in mezzo, non un modello "aggiornato" come il nome Ti lascia intendere.
Grazie per il tuo intervento @Lascax, giusto per chiarezza, il legion 5Pro usato ( AMD e 3070 ) ha in totale 2 ssd Nvme da 1 tera ciascuno, quindi in totale 2 tera… riguardo al Legion 7 di cui parlavo, è in offerta a 2250 euro, a prezzo pieno sul sito lenovo viene 2550 euro ( 300 euro in più ), se non ricordo male il 7 rispetto al 5 ha una migliore areazione interna, alcuni elementi nella connettività e la tastiera migliore, ( correggimi se sbaglio o ho tralasciato altro ). Se fosse a prezzo pieno effettivamente non l’avrei neanche guardato, ma con 300 euro meno che ne pensi?
@Fijorm Rispondo rapidamente ai punti:
- Come già detto, ho considerato il Tera in più ( circa 100 euro di valore ) ma parliamo di uno "sconto" del 15% su un oggetto usato, che non è un prezzaccio. Valuta che io ho preso il mio laptop a 1700 euro con lo sconto del 10% da Newsletter Lenovo, ma parlo di quando era appena uscito ( poi si era rialzato di prezzo fino ai 2000 ). Ribadisco: se è una persona fidata e sei sicuro che il laptop è in ottime condizioni, allora puoi valutare l'acquisto ma non stai facendo un affare. Solitamente l'usato, anche immediato, ha uno sconto dal nuovo di circa il 30-40% come base.
- Il Legion 7 ha temperature leggermente migliori del 5Pro, ma la vera differenza è la tastiera per la quale, purtroppo, c'è stato un bug legato all'iCUE software che inutilmente consumava molta energia ( processo sempre ad alto utilizzo della CPU ). Mi pare che il problema sia stato fixato di recente. Riguardo il resto le differenze sono minori e ti consiglio di vedere le review di Jarrod's Tech in merito per valutare se il premium vale quella differenza di prezzo. Non stai guadagnando di prestazioni tanto quanto spendi di più, ma stai avendo tanti piccoli extra che non sono male e che sono perlopiù facoltativi. Il prezzo è adeguato ma non è anche questo un affare.
- Ribadisco: non ci sono affari in giro al momento, e se si trovano spariscono mentre ne parliamo. Bisogna rassegnarsi che se un prezzo è onesto già è una scelta appetibile, data la crisi dei componenti. L'unica altra alternativa che hai è aspettare per mesi la serie 2022 con tanto di bot pronti o refresh giornalieri, ma non è da tutti farlo ed è stressante, non lo negherò. Io il mio l'ho inseguito per 5 mesi, per dirti ( l'ho adocchiato quando ci furono dei leak sui componenti a Dicembre 2020 ).
Sommariamente, se sei ancora indeciso, io ti dico in parole povere che farei al posto tuo:
- SE il venditore è di fiducia, comprerei il L5P
- SE non lo è o hai dei dubbi, ma hai il budget per un L7 allora prendi quello, sempre SE non vuoi stressarti nei prossimi mesi all'inseguimento della serie 2022 e non vuoi rischiare di avere il Laptop a Giugno/Luglio nel peggiore dei casi
- SE hai pazienza fino a Giugno/Luglio, aspetti fino ad allora, ma nulla ti garantisce i prezzi e la disponibilità. Io il mio acquisto l'ho fatto aspettando perchè il mio vecchio laptop era del 2014, quindi ero costretto e ormai aspettare qualche mese in più non mi cambiava molto, ma è stato stressante comunque.

Welcome to Legion Community (“Legion Community” or the “Platform") - powered by Standing on Giants*- an online communication platform operated by Lenovo (the “Client”).
Legion Community enables its registered users (the “Users") to post and share content, such as information about Lenovo products, services, events, social media activity and videos ("Content”) to the Platform.
Legion Community is provided by Lenovo through the services of Standing on Giants subject to these Terms (“Terms”). We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice. If we amend the Terms, we will post the amended Terms on this page and indicate at the top of the page the date the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By accessing or using Legion Community you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, then you should not access or use the Platform.
Lenovo’s decision in relation to any aspect of Legion Community and these Terms is final and binding.
Your Use of Legion Community Platform
ELIGIBILITY. This Program is open to Participants who are age 18 years or older at the time of entry. You must not modify or remove any and all copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices contained in the Content.

Your Content Posted or Linked to Legion Community
Lenovo allows you to submit posts or link content to Legion Community, including photos, images, videos, sounds, comments, links, tweets, likes, and other materials. A Legion Community moderator will moderate all posts after publication. Lenovo reserves the right to remove user’s content that it considers to be irrelevant to the purpose of the platform, or that it considers violates any of these Terms. Lenovo may also post or link to the Platform any of your Content that you make available to Lenovo for the Platform. You are solely responsible for your Content that is posted or linked to the Platform and Lenovo accepts no liability for your Content.
You grant Lenovo and other users of the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, publish, re-post, re-tweet, and distribute your Content on or in connection with the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary in your Content for it to be on or available from the Platform, and that the posting and use of your Content on or through the Platform does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. The Platform may contain links to third party websites, advertisers, products, services, offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Lenovo. Lenovo does not assume any responsibility for any such third party sites, information, materials, products, services or offers. If you access any third party website, product, service, or content from the Platform, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Lenovo will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third party website, product, service, or content.
Trademarks and Ownership of Intellectual Property
Lenovo™, the Lenovo logo, and certain other product names and phrases are trademarks or service marks of Lenovo in the U.S. and/or other countries. The absence of a trademark or service mark designation next to a product or service name or logo belonging to Lenovo anywhere on the Platform does not constitute a waiver of Lenovo’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo used or referenced on the Platform.
The Platform contains content owned or licensed by Lenovo ("Lenovo Content"). Lenovo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws, and, as between you and Lenovo, Lenovo owns and retains all copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property rights in and to Lenovo Content and the Platform (the “Intellectual Property”). Lenovo reserves all rights in the Lenovo Content and Intellectual Property not expressly granted in these Terms. Lenovo does not permit the use of the Lenovo Content or its Intellectual Property in advertising, as an endorsement for any product or service, or for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise, without the prior express written permission of Lenovo.
Termination
You may terminate use of the Platform at any time for any reason (in other words, un-register). Lenovo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice to you. Lenovo may terminate the Platform at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. Following termination, Lenovo may retain your Content for a commercially reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Lenovo and its other users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, perform, and distribute any of your Content that other users have stored or shared through the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lenovo and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with any of the following: (i) Your Content or your misuse of the Platform; (ii) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation, any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; (iv) your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances or orders of any governmental authorities, including, without limitation, all regulatory, administrative and legislative authorities; or (v) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as reasonably requested by Lenovo with respect to any such claim. Lenovo reserves the right to assume control of the defence or settlement of any such claim, and you will not in any event settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Lenovo.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England.
Entire Agreement; Severability
These Terms, together with Lenovo’s Data Privacy Policy and any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Lenovo in connection with the Platform, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lenovo concerning the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Limitations of Liability
Neither Lenovo nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, third party content providers, sponsors, or licensors warrant that the Site will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS CONTENT, IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, LENOVO HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES BASED ON A COURSE OF DEALING. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENOVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR USE, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE LEGION COMMUNITY, EVEN IF LENOVO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE.
