    Thank you for this opportunity.
As for me, gaming has always played a huge factor in my life since childhood. Gaming is almost like a healthy and enjoyable chore to me that I hold so dear to my heart subconsciously. No matter what I am going through, gaming has always been something I turned to whenever and wherever. It impacted me in several ways as it brings me and my loved ones together and creates a safe space for those who are not too talkative, myself included. It evolved so rapidly over the years and even helped me evolve as a person as it became a consistent hobby to me and improved my communication skills significantly. It also pushed me to be more invested in technology which made modern day tasks much simpler and convenient to me. No matter my age, gaming will always be a comfort and dopamine source for me and many others. That is why I fell in love with the gaming community.

I have a 7 year old son. Gaming has helped me connect with him more. He loves playing couch co-op games with me. And loved beating me in racing games.

More than that I love the expressions and smile that brightens his face when he wins against his high and mighty "father". I believe it is a huge achievement for him. That expression is something that I will cherish all my life and something that takes me out of my daily life.

Gaming is helping me to become more patient both in life and with my son. It's taught me that not everyone is equal or has an equal skill level. You need to be patient to live through life.

It has re-introduced me to the excitement of being young, to the excitement of winning at something, and to connecting with family.

I can see a change in my son as well as he tried to read through the instruction on screen, and learn new words. I am sure it is helping him with his hand eye coordination as well.

Thank you for this opportunity. Even if I don't win, writing this post made me realize what gaming is giving me and my son, and the amazing ,fond and happy memories that it is helping me create with him.

When I was free nothing to do, then I go to play games and surprisingly I got so many friends some good friends and some bad also. then I am playing every day and night but after a few days I feel my health condition was not well, then I decided to play only in the daytime. and I have a problem I don't have a good computer to play high graphics games. I wish I will be the winner then I can play smoothly.

Gaming has been a major part of my life since I was a very young child.

    I went from the Sega Genesis to N64 , Game Cube , PS2 , Dreamcast , Xbox ( 360 - One Series ) and finally PC.

Most of my memories are linked to these consoles. I can remember in what year something happened because I can remember having a certain console at that time.

Video games are the reason I am friends with the people I am friends with. Gaming is a major part if the reason I choose computer engineering as a career choice.

It had made a huge impact on my life and there is absolutely no way I would have turned into the same person without it.

They are an escape from reality when things are tough on you mentally. You live stories and be part of them in an interactive way no other medium can deliver.

GAMING plays an important role in my life.
Being an introvert, I tend to stay in my room after a long day at work and just watch. Netflix is my only source of entertainment. However, since I began playing online games, I have made many new friends. Due to the fact that I am a Filipino working in the UAE, I have a limited number of Filipino friends here, but through gaming, I was able to make some Filipino friends who are also working in the UAE.

Now I am always looking forward to going hone and playing, because I feel happy when I’m playing with my friends. As a result, I am able to overcome home sickness.

That is how GAMING has impacted my life.♥️

@QueenTomato remeber gaming was a waste of time back in the day . But it was an escape from the reality and be the character that u play . Sometime ultimate strategy and some times sacrifices to win the levels . Sneaking into the system in the middle of the night to play your favorite title , fight with your friends over the high score and the cheat codes , gosh what if we never had gaming ! This life would have been worthless but you know , you can always re-spawn and start again ! :) Thanks @Lenovo for keeping up the dream of gaming alive for all. live long and prosper !
